Refund Policy

We DO NOT offer refunds; however, exchanges are available.

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their abaya. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at almaazau@gmail.com within the specified timeframe, and we will reach out with return shipping details.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent without an exchange request, will not be accepted.
